Our Vision
The Bottle Works will be an incubator of change in Western Pennsylvania, driving economic and cultural development through artistic programming, exhibits, education, and national level partnerships.
Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center, or Arts on 3rd, is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment that promotes the arts for all individuals. We embrace and celebrate the unique backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our community.
