Are you stressed out? Stiff and Sore? Balance a bit shaky? Yoga is a GREAT way to relieve stress, regain lost flexibility and strength, and improve balance!
This yoga class is for all ages, shapes, and fitness levels, provided you can easily get up from and down to the floor. All poses are started from their basic foundation, with options to add-on for those who want more of challenge. Yoga mats are not provided, please bring a mat.
Adriann White has 15 years of experience creating a safe and welcoming environment for all yoga participants.

Supported Stretch and Balance with Adriann White

Are you stressed out? Stiff and Sore? Balance a bit shaky? Yoga is a GREAT way to relieve stress, regain lost flexibility and strength, and improve balance! Supported Stretch and Balance is designed for those who want the benefits of yoga stretching but cannot easily get up and down from the floor. All stretches are done either seated or standing, with the chair available to provide extra needed stability. Adriann White has 15 years of experience creating a safe and welcoming environment for all yoga participants. HIGH Low Fitness Aerobics Class

2nd & 4th Thursdays @ 6 PM Starting May 26, 2022
HIGH Low is a low impact aerobics experience based on traditional aerobics principles creating a steady
state cardio workout. This action packed, full body blast will challenge you while at the same time
keeping it LOW. HIGH Low uses cardio and toning tracks choreographed with simple fitness moves that
result in a high energy, fun, and effective group fitness class that will keep you coming back for more!
Classes begin May 26 and occur on the 2nd & 4th Thursday each month
@ 6 PM. (See calendar for individual dates) Our June 9th class wil be held on June 2nd
Cost: $40 for a 10 session pass
$5 for individual drop in (cash at the door)
