The Bottle Works Ethnic Arts Center or, Arts on 3rd, is a dynamic 501 c3 non-profit arts organization operating two cultural centers on 3rd Avenue in the historic cultural district of Cambria City. With two amazing facilities, that now include the Jackie’s Garden Works Green Roof and the FNB Pop Plaza, Bottle Works is proud to be Johnstown’s art mecca where artists can exhibit, create, teach, and sell; musicians can perform; and visitors can explore, learn, and purchase all of the wonders of the arts!
