This theme is integrated into the class which includes breathwork, Asana, live music during meditation and take home prompts for writing and/or deeper reflection. Mats and props included. This class is accessible to all levels of ability.

This yoga class is for all ages, shapes, and fitness levels, provided you can easily get up from and down to the floor. All poses are started from their basic foundation, with options to add-on for those who want more of challenge. Yoga mats are not provided, please bring a mat.

The ancient art of belly dancing is so much more than people think. From graceful hands to sinuous arms, circling ribs to snapping hips and traveling feet, belly dance moves ALL of you! This beautiful dance is for women of all ages and sizes. In each 4 week session you will learn movements specific to Middle Eastern Dance, and learn to sequence those movements into complete dance choreographs.
