Join occupational therapist and fitness rebel, Kayla Grush, for Pound Fitness. Pound is cardio fitness that incorporates lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. Burn calories and improve rhythm, timing, and coordination. Exercises can be modified to become easier or more difficult. This stress-relieving rock out workout will leave the students feeling like rock stars!
