Join Kayla Grush, an occupational therapist and fitness rebel, on Thursdays from 6 -7 PM for pound fitness! Classes begin June 29th and continue for 5 sessions. (Until July 27th)

What is pound? Pound is cardio fitness class that incorporates lightly weighted drumsticks called Ripstix. Ripstix specially designed exercise drumsticks that weigh ¼ pound each. Pound fitness channels the inner rock star in everyone. It is a fun and effective full body workout for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. Each exercise can be modified to become easier or more difficult. Pound encompasses a combination of cardio, conditioning, and bodyweight training all while unleashing one’s ability to rock! Not only does one Pound workout burn up to 900 calories, it can improve one’s rhythm, timing, and coordination. This stress-relieving rock out workout will leave the students feeling like rock stars!
