“More Than a Machine” by Brandon Fiume

AW Gallery & Tulip Building Galleries April 13-May 4

Opening Reception April 18 6-8 PM During 3rd Thursday Gallery Nights

“More Than a Machine” is the Bottle Works 2019 Emerging Artist Exhibition. Brandon’s photography illustrates the culture and pride of United States industry and the legacy of the machines that built and moved America. Join us for the show’s opening reception during our 3rd Thursday Gallery Nights event on April 18th from 6-8PM.

“Much of my work focuses on railroading as my work illustrates the power, speed, voyage, and continued relevance of trains in the modern world.  Using neutral density photography and artificial lighting, I create new forms and shapes within industrial scenes. I am currently a student at Saint Francis University with a double major in Computer Science and Cybersecurity Administration with a Visual Arts Minor.  I received two grants within Fine Arts to acquire professional studio lighting as well as to produce metal prints.”

While there is no charge for admission for the show, or the opening reception, a $5 donation is suggested, to help us enable the arts to thrive in our community, and continue to bring outstanding exhibits to the Johnstown area.
